Flag Display
The UGDSB has specific procedures that all schools must follow with respect to flags. These procedures are outlined in Policy 310 – Display of Flags. Throughout the school year, flags will be displayed in the school that align with our Vision Statement and Guiding Principles of Inclusion, Policy 503 and 504, the Ontario Human Rights Code, student and staff well-being, and our UGDSB Equity Plan. Examples of these flags are the Pride Flag and the Every Child Matters Flag, as a visible sign of our commitment to equity and inclusion.
