Parent Teacher interviews are scheduled on November 28th after school from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and November 29th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Important information regarding WHY Survey – a joint survey between UGDSB and WDG Public Health
This year Upper Grand District School Board and Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health are collecting information on student health and well-being from youth, parents and school staff. The Well-Being and Health Youth Surveys are designed to help us understand how well we are doing creating safe, welcoming, and inclusive environments in our schools. It also provides important information about the physical and mental health of youth in our area.
WHY Survey for Grade 4 -12 Students
Dear Parent or Guardian,
Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health has partnered with Upper Grand District School Board to conduct a survey in your child’s school. All students in Grades 4 through 12 will be asked to complete this survey. Completion of the survey is not required for your child’s schooling and it won’t affect their grades.
