Parent/Teacher Interviews and online booking
Our school will be conducting JK-Gr 8 Parent/Teacher interviews on Thursday, November 29, 2018 and Friday, November 30, 2018. Appointments will be booked online. Appointments outside these days must be booked directly with the teacher. We ask that all parents please book an appointment with their child’s teacher online using the instructions coming home in the report cards next week.
The Parent/Teacher Interview Online booking system will open on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 3:30 pm and will close Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 10:00 pm. Interviews will take place in the teacher’s classroom, unless otherwise posted. The link to the online reporting site is http://www.ugdsb.on.ca/pti
In the case where parents are separated and two separate interviews are requested, both parents will need to call the school and make interview bookings with the OFFICE directly so our Office Coordinator can enter the booking.
If you experience problems with this process, or do not have access to a computer, please call the school office at 519-941-3292 extension 0 starting Wednesday, Nov 21st. Please have your child’s OEN number (from the report card) and we would be happy to help you.
