IMPORTANT: ILPS Online Booking for Teacher Interviews Nov 2020

Dear Parents/Guardians:
Our school will be conducting JK-Gr 8 Parent/Teacher interviews on Friday, November 27, 2020 from 8:30am to 3:00pm. Appointments will be booked online between Thursday, November 21, 2020 at 3:00 pm and Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 10:00pm.
Appointments for other days are available but must be booked directly with the teacher. We ask that all parents please book an appointment with their child’s teacher either online using the instructions provided with the Progress Report coming home on Nov 19, 2020 or by contacting the teacher directly.
The Parent/Teacher Interview Online booking system will open on Thursday, November 21, 2020 at 3:00 pm and will close Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 10:00 pm. Interviews will take place via Google Meet or by phone directly with the teacher.

In the case where parents are separated and two separate interviews are requested, both parents will need to contact the teacher and make interview bookings directly with the teacher. The system will allow only one interview per OEN.
Starting Friday, Nov 20th, if you experience problems with this process, or do not have access to a computer, please call the school office at 519-941-3292 extension 0. Please have your child’s OEN number ready and we would be happy to help you.
