Booking Teacher Interviews Online – Nov 2021

Dear Parents/Guardians:
Our school will be conducting JK-Gr 8 Parent/Teacher interviews on Friday, November 26, 2021 from 8:30am to 3:00pm. Appointments will be booked online between Tuesday, November 16, 2020 at 3:00 pm and Tuesday, November 23, 2020 at 10:00pm.
Appointments for other days are available but must be booked directly with the teacher. We ask that all parents please book an appointment with their child’s teacher either online or by contacting the teacher directly.
The Parent/Teacher Interview Online booking system will open on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 3:00 pm and will close Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 10:00 pm. Interviews will take place via Google Meet or by phone directly with the teacher.

In the case where parents are separated and two separate interviews are requested, both parents will need to contact the teacher and make interview bookings directly with the teacher. The system will allow only one interview per OEN (Ontario Education Number).
Starting Wednesday, Nov 17th, if you experience problems with this process, or do not have access to a computer, please call the school office at 519-941-3292 extension 0. Please have your child’s OEN number ready and we would be happy to help you.
