Heat Advisory

Hot and humid conditions are expected.  Hot and humid air can bring deteriorating air quality and can result in the Air Quality Health Index approaching the high-risk category. The risks are greater for young children, pregnant women, older adults, people with chronic illnesses and people working or exercising outdoors. Supports for students, staff and members of the Muslim community

We acknowledge the profound impact of the tragic loss of members of the Afzal family in London, Ontario, and the observance of the current legal proceedings can have on the well-being of our staff, students, and the broader UGDSB community. Considering this, we appeal for empathy and support for those impacted. Our dedicated UGDSB Support Services staff are here to support students and can be coordinated through their classroom teachers. Elementary Registration Day is just around the corner – Here’s what you need to know

Elementary Registration Day is happening August 29, 2023, between 1:00-4:00 p.m., at all Upper Grand District School Board elementary schools. Only new students to the UGDSB are required to register for the 2023-24 school year. If your child attended a UGDSB school last year, you do not need to re-register. Please register at your local school. To determine which school your child is eligible to attend, visit the UGDSB’s School Locator.
