Elementary Registration is Sept. 1–4, 2026

Are you new to the Upper Grand District School Board? Elementary Registration for the 2026-27 school year takes place September 1-4, 2026, at all UGDSB elementary schools.

Keep these quick tips in mind:
- Only new students to the UGDSB need to register. If your child attended last year or registered during the winter 2026 JK/SK window, you do not need to re-register.
- Find which school your child is eligible to attend by using the online UGDSB School Locator.

Please note that only NEW students to the UGDSB need to register. If you have previously registered, you do not need to re-register.

Life Threatening Medical Conditions - Sept. 2026
If your student has an existing Plan of Care on file, please complete the renewal form. Renewal forms will be sent home with students on the first day of school. Please advise the school of any updates or changes to the plan throughout the school year, including if your student has outgrown their plan or no longer requires an epinephrine auto-injector or inhaler. If your student has a new medical condition or concern, please contact the office at erindistrict.hs@ugdsb.on.ca for the appropriate Plan of Care. Grade 9 Orientation
Date: Tuesday, September 1, 2026
Time: 9am - 1pm

Students are to meet in the gym a few minutes before 9am to begin Orientation. Bring a water bottle and snack. Wear comfortable clothing. Parents/Guardians can head directly to the theatre for their information session.
We look forward to welcoming everyone and helping our new Grade 9 students get off to a great start!

Semester 2 Final Marks Report Cards will be available on the Parent Portal beginning Friday, July 3, 2026. LINK: https://www.ugdsb.ca/o/edhs/page/report-cards-edsembli Please note that during the summer holidays, the school office is closed on Fridays. If you have any questions or concerns viewing your student's report card, our office staff will be happy to assist you during our summer office hours, Monday to Thursday, 8am - 3pm. We wish all of our students and families a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable summer!
