As part of the Grade 10 Careers course, guest speakers will/have been invited to come to talk about a variety of career and pathway options and share their personal stories of how they got into their specific career(s).
University and college representatives as well as industry specific speakers who come in to discuss specific pathway opportunities in select fields are invited to speak to classes as available. Presentation dates are posted/added as soon as confirmed:

These presentations are an integral part of our students' exploration of post-secondary options and we encourage open discussions at home about the diverse opportunities available. Non JFR staff are required to complete a Volunteer Agreement 205-1 and fillable volunteer form prior to presentations taking place.
