Hello JF Ross Parents and Guardians,

We hope that your student had a successful semester one!

Before we begin semester two on Monday Feb. 3rd, please ask them to look at their classes and locations over the weekend. There have been a few changes based on our staffing needs.

  1. The Username will be the first 3 letters of their usual name and  the student’s full last name (for example:  John Smith would be johsmith).  Do not use any spaces, hyphens or special characters.

  2. The password is the student’s 9-digit Ontario Education Number (OEN), which can be found on a previous report card to the right of their name.

  3. Select Login and you will have access.

  4. Select “Timetable” and “Summary”

Students needing a timetable change for semester 2 must come to the guidance office to book an appointment in the first week.  No online appointments will be available from Feb. 3-7th.  Students looking for help with course selection for next year can try to book something online after the first week of classes.

Report card for semester one will be available online on Friday Feb. 7th. 

How to access student report cards:

Parent/guardians will need to create an account (if they do not already have one) with the Upper Grand before they can download their child's report card. Account Set up. Parents/guardians must create their account using the email that is registered with the school or it will not work.

Once you have an account or if you already have one, please use this link Parent Portal-Report Cards to sign into the system, once you are logged in you should be able to see all of your students, choose the appropriate student, then "click Personal and then Digital Documents" to access the report cards.
