This event has been carefully planned to enrich their learning experience and connect classroom concepts to real-world applications. Below are the details of the event:

The presentation will take place on April 9, 2025 at 9AM - 11:30AM for morning classes and 12:50 - 3:10PM for afternoon classes in the JF Ross Cafeteria.
Title and Topic/Focus:
The session is titled "Customer Service", and will focus on using activities, role-playing and stories,to learn the foundations of helping customers in a friendly, positive way. Plus, we share the three things you must do in order to provide great service!.
Connections to the Curriculum and/or Purpose:
This presentation is designed to enhance students' understanding of course expectations around communication, leadership and supports our curriculum by showing students low-cost, high-value ways of gaining and retaining customers.
