We are pleased to inform you that our students at John F Ross CVI will have the exciting opportunity to participate in an upcoming guest speaker presentation. This event has been carefully planned to enrich their learning experience and connect classroom concepts to real-world applications. Below are the details of the event:

Event Details:

  • Date, Time, and Location:

    • The presentation will take place on April 9, 2025 at 9AM - 11:30AM for morning classes and 12:50 - 3:10PM for afternoon classes in the JF Ross Cafeteria.

  • Title and Topic/Focus:

    • The session is titled "Customer Service", and will focus on using activities, role-playing and stories,to learn the foundations of helping customers in a friendly, positive way. Plus, we share the three things you must do in order to provide great service!.

  • Connections to the Curriculum and/or Purpose:

    • This presentation is designed to enhance students' understanding of course expectations around communication, leadership and supports our curriculum by showing students low-cost, high-value ways of gaining and retaining customers. 

  • Presenter(s), Performer(s), and Guest Speaker(s):

  • Materials, Giveaways, or Literature:

    • Beanstalk Creative will also be providing a course worksheet, which will serve as valuable resources to further engage students.
