The UGDSB is committed to minimizing the risks for students who have asthma, diabetes, epilepsy/seizure disorder, life-threatening allergies and/or other serious health condition through the development and implementation of individualized Plans of Care as outlined in the UGDSB Policy 518. Please contact the office if your child requires a plan of care.

Please note: Plan of Care information was mailed home for those students who attended Jean Little PS last year.  Please ensure plans are updated, signed and returned to school with required medications on the first day!
