Student ConnectEd Login

Do you want to see your timetable, attendance or marks?

Students, parents/guardians are able to login to their child’s student information to find out daily attendance, marks, etc.

Here’s how…

  • Click on the Student Login Link (provided here or on the links at the left side of the ODSS website)

  • The Student Login is the first 3 letters of the student’s usual first, and the full last name (examples: Julie Smith would be julsmith and Katelyn Robinson would be katrobinson)

  • The Password is the student’s OEN number – this can be found on the student’s report card.

  • If you have security concerns and need this password changed, please contact the office.

  • Click on the tabs to access information –

    • Attendance – check today’s attendance (it will appear as soon as the teachers report it – all attendance should be reported by 2:30 p.m. daily and many teachers will post attendance shortly after class has started).  Past attendance is available under History.

    • Timetable – shows your timetable, with room numbers and teachers names for this year

      (timetables for this year are not available on-line until the last week of August)

    • Achievement – shows marks (once teachers have entered them at mid-term and the end of the semester)

    • Transcript – shows courses completed, summary of credits and community service hours completed.

Attendance

Attendance Notes for ODSS Students:

  • Notes can be sent to school and dropped off at the front office,

  • or you can send an attendance note by email to the school

  • or call our Attendance Secretary at 519-941-0491, ext. 230

Please include:

  • your name and a phone number where we can reach you,

  • the student’s full name and the date of the absence,

  • the reason for the absence, and

  • if the student was absent for less than a full day, include the times/classes you are excusing.

Codes for on-line attendance:  P-Present, A-Unexcused Absence, F-School Excused (i.e. field trip), E-Parent Excused (note or call received from parent), L-Late

Remember that you can check your child’s attendance on-line.
