We have had an exciting start to our school year here at Alma PS. On the first day of school, many of our students were thrilled to find monarch caterpillars in our yard. We are blessed to have a beautiful school yard that happens to have many Milkweed plants. We decided to bring some of the caterpillars inside so that we could observe the changes
Dear Parents please be reminded that if for some reason you give your son or daughter permission to NOT take the bus on a particular evening you must advise us of this decision. In the event of a breakdown or other unforeseen event we would be expecting your child on the bus. To avoid any possible chaos please just let us know of your change

There are 14 schools in our district that get their drinking water from wells. All of our other schools are on municipal water systems.
