EDHS is hosting our annual Semi-formal on December 4, 2025. That is this Thursday!
To make sure everyone has a good time and is safe, here is information and a description of rules below. Tickets can be purchased through School Cash on-line or at lunch in the snakepit.
THERE WILL BE NO TICKET SALES THE DAY OF THE DANCE.
The doors open at 7 pm and the dance will end sharp at 10:00pm.
All the rules of any school event apply. Once a student enters the dance, they will only have access to the cafeteria and may not be in any other part of the school. There is a coat room where all coats and bags must be placed. Once a student leaves the dance they may not re-enter the dance. No food or drink is allowed into the dance. There will be water and punch available for students at the dance.
If a student wants to bring a guest from a different school to the dance, they must complete and return the guest dance form -- located in the front office. The form must be returned by Wednesday. Without this form, the guest will not be admitted to the dance. The guest is also responsible to bring ID to attend the dance.
For those with sensitivities, please know that as this is a dance there will be dance floor party lights with multiple beams switching colours and rotations.
