Grads of 2026! 🎓

I hope you’re all having an amazing summer and enjoying some well-deserved time to relax before the next big chapter begins!

I’m reaching out with some important information about Graduation Package pick-up.

Your packages will be available for pick-up on July 27th - July 30th, 2026.

We apologize for it being reschedule a week later than we originally announced, as there has been a bit of a delay with the Ministry of Education materials.

A few important reminders:

• If you are 18 years old, you must pick up your own graduation package unless you have contacted us ahead of time and arranged for someone else to pick it up on your behalf.

• Graduation packages cannot be picked up by former classmates.

• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian may pick up your package for you.

The school office will be open for pick-up Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please note that the office will be closed on Friday.

If you are unable to make it during this week, no worries! 🎉 Please reach out to Mrs. Jeffery (cherie.jeffery@ugdsb.on.ca) and we will work with you to find a pick-up time that works best.
