Welcome Back EDHS Raiders!

As we begin a new school year, we hope our EDHS students and families had a restful and enjoyable summer. We are excited to welcome everyone back and extend a special welcome to our new students and families joining the EDHS community.

The start of a new school year brings fresh opportunities to learn, grow, connect, and achieve. We look forward to working together to make the 2026–2027 school year a successful, engaging, and memorable one for all of our students.

We would like to share important information about the start of the school year.

First Day Information

The First official day of school for students is Tuesday, September 8th, 2026.

When students arrive at school on the first day, they can find their name on the student list that will be posted in the Main Hallway (Snake Pit), which is organized alphabetically by last name. Beside their name, they will find their homeroom classroom number.

Once they have located their homeroom, students are to head directly to that classroom. Their homeroom teacher will provide them with their timetable and other important school start-up information. Students with a spare (“OFF1”, as homeroom) can pick up their timetable in Guidance.

Students are expected to be in their homeroom by 8:55 am

If you are driving your student, please try to drop them off at least 5 minutes earlier, so they have time to get to class before we start the morning exercises.
