Thank you for your understanding, patience, and cooperation today as Guelph Police worked to investigate and resolve the situation that impacted our school. We recognize that situations like this can cause concern for staff, students, and families, and we appreciate the care and support shown throughout the day. We also want to thank Guelph Police for their swift response and ongoing efforts to help keep our school community safe.
We want to confirm that the school will be open tomorrow and we look forward to welcoming staff and students back as usual.
Supports and resources will be available at the school for any students or staff who may need them. This includes members of our school support team, and there will also be an increased police presence as an added precaution and to provide reassurance to our school community.
The safety and well-being of students and staff remains our highest priority. We will continue to work closely with police and will share any further updates if needed.
