Parent Teacher Interviews will be taking place on Thursday October 15. Slots are 10 minutes per teacher. You may sign up once for each of your child(ren)'s teachers.
Sign up for interviews will be open on Thursday, October 8. When sign up opens you will be able to book parent teacher interviews online. You will need to log into the UGDSB Family Portal to book interviews.
To Book or Cancel:
Click the Book/Update button.
For Secondary students, all their course teacher(s) are selected by default.
If a teacher is not selected, please expand the “+ Show More Teacher” options to view and select the teacher.
Available time slots are shown; booked slots appear grayed out.
Click a desired slot to book—it will highlight in orange.
To cancel, click the orange-highlighted slot.
After Booking: The card displays your scheduled appointments, which you can add to your calendar.
For those who cannot make it to Parent Teacher Interviews on October 15, please reach out directly to your child(ren)'s teacher for an update on their progress.
