Program for Indigenous families in the UGDSB: Anishinaabemowin Nanda-gikendan “Seeking to Learn the Language”
A new weekend program for Indigenous families begins this September. Anishinaabemowin Nanda-gikendan – “Seeking to Learn the Language” – will run on Saturdays from 9-11:30am, from Sept. 18, 2021, to May 28, 2022.

Draft school year calendars for 2021-22 approved
At the Board Meeting held on April 27, 2021, trustees approved draft school year calendars for the 2021-2022 school year for elementary and secondary schools in the Upper Grand DSB. The draft calendars will now be submitted to the Ministry of Education for final approval.

On Monday April 12, 2021, the provincial government announced that all Ontario schools would participate in remote learning following the April Break.
Information regarding a COVID-19 outbreak – Bus Cohort
Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health (WDGPH) has declared that there is a COVID-19 outbreak linked to Bus Route #188. An outbreak means that there are at least two individuals who tested positive for COVID-19 and at least one of the individuals was likely infected at school (including transportation and before/after school care).
