Studies have shown that feeling thankful can improve sleep, mood and immunity. Gratitude can decrease depression, anxiety, difficulties with chronic pain and risk of disease.”
On April 7, the UGDSB will host its annual Elementary Skills Competition! This year’s event is expected to welcome over 1,000 students in Grades 4 through 8 from across UGDSB elementary schools.
