Remembrance Day and Poppies:
Parents who wish to make a donation for poppies should be encouraged to donate outside of school (grocery stores, etc.). Donations can also be made here: https://www.legion.ca/remembrance/the-poppy-campaign/donate-to-the-poppy-fund.

The board is seeking input regarding the presence of police in UGDSB schools (K-12). We will be holding a virtual town hall on Oct. 20 and launching a survey asking students, staff, parents/guardians and community members to provide their input regarding the role and impact of police in UGDSB schools. To request a change between in-person and remote learning, elementary parents/guardians must complete the Intent to Change Survey between October 14-21. The deadline to complete the survey is Oct. 21 at 4pm.
End of Day
Our School Day ends at 3:10 pm. All students are to make their way home after school is out. Patrols are off duty and supervision is done at 3:25. Please ensure that your child(ren) is home by this time.COVID-19 school and child care screening
