Immunization Clinic
Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health will be visiting our school on Tuesday December 5, 2023 to provide vaccines to students who recently received a vaccination notice for overdue vaccines for measles, mumps, polio, tetanus, etc. Students need to book appointments in advance for this clinic. If the required vaccines have already been received through your child’s doctor, please submit a copy to Public Health to ensure your record is up-to-date. You can report vaccines in many ways:

Students may also complete the requirements for an immunization exemption by following the requirements on the Public Health webpage at this link: https://wdgpublichealth.ca/your-kids/vaccination. Students who do not fulfill the immunization requirements in one of the ways outlined above will be suspended from school at the direction of Public Health until students do meet the requirements. Your help in ensuring your child fulfills the immunization requirements by December 5th would be greatly appreciated in order to avoid suspension and missed learning.
