Accessing Student Timetables (Semester 2) and Report Cards (Semester 1)
Parent Instructions:
To view report cards (these are available after Feb 9th) and time table from the parent or guardian’s portal, please follow the instructions below:
| Step 1 – Logging into the Portal:
Click on the following link for the WHSS – Edsembli Parent’s Portal (or go to Wellington Heights Secondary School and click on the link to the UGDSB Parent/Guardian Portal and click on “Wellington Heights Secondary School”. Log onto the Maplewood ConnectEd Parent portal. Your Username is your email address used to create your Parent Portal account. You can create an account by using an email address that has been provided to the school. *If you haven’t yet set up a Parent Portal account, use your email address registered with the board to create your Parent Portal Account by following the instructions on our Report Card Support Webpage. If you have multiple students in the Upper Grand District School board, once logged into the Parent Portal, use the dropdown menu to toggle between students. Select the student you wish to view and click on GO. |
| Step 2 – Accessing Timetables:
Select “Timetables” from the top drop down menu, and “This Year”. From there you can access the schedule for the day, week or full school by clicking “Summary” and select your Semester and Term (“Semester 2” and “Term 1” for the upcoming timetable). |
| Step 3 – Accessing Report Cards:
You can also access your Report Cards from this portal by clicking on “Personal” from the drop down menu, and “Digital Documents.” From there you can see a list of Report Cards, which are accessed by clicking on the PDF files under the heading “View/Download”. Note: report cards will be available on Feb 9th. |
Student Instructions:
To view your report card and time table from the student’s portal, please follow the instructions below:
| Step 1 – Logging into the Portal:
Click on this link to access Wellington Heights Secondary School – Edsembli for Students or click on the “Student Portal Connect Ed” button on the Wellington Heights website. Enter your User Name and and Password. User Name: first 3 characters of their usual name and your full last name (example:Chris Fiddes would be chrfiddes). Password: Student’s OEN Number |
