Attendance Procedures

 

Attendance Procedures – If you know your student needs to be absent or needs to sign out during the day   

Please email [email protected] or Report on our attendance line –  please call the school 519-821-0360 and press 100 for attendance. Please clearly leave your student’s full name and reason for absence. 

Please do not call or email the VP Assistants to leave them messages regarding attendance.  We will be checking the attendance email & voicemail constantly throughout the day and rest assured we will get your messages and they will be recorded in our system.  We are trying to minimize the disruptions into the classes so if you know you need to sign out your student, please let us know earlier in the day.  If it is a last-minute appointment, please feel free to call and talk to someone in the office.  We also encourage notes for signing out.  Thank you for all your cooperation in this regard!
