A green graphic that says Authenticity #MHUG
A green graphic that says Being authentic is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves and those around us.
A green graphic that says Speaking your truth—honestly and respectfully—while accepting that others may see things differently.
A green graphic that says Did you know that studies have linked authenticity with increased levels of happiness?
A green graphic that says Activity: Create a family uniqueness board: Instead of just making a list, try creating a shared poster where everyone adds something that represents their strengths.
A green graphic that says Championing health and well being People who live authentically tend to experience greater psychological well-being—and better mental health often leads to better physical health, too. Authenticity isn’t about perfection—it’s about alignment, connection, and the freedom to be yourself.

We are pleased to announce that the EDHS Late Bus Service has a new drop off location. We have added a stop at Foodland in Hillsburgh. The bus will then continue to the two locations in Orangeville and two locations in Shelburne. Permission forms must be handed in, in order for the student to board the bus. Students can find permission forms in the Main Office or Guidance. Students must sign up before 12:30pm on the day, or the bus will be cancelled.
