Summer School – Upgrading Credits (9 Days)

Secondary upgrading courses are for students who already passed a course (minimum mark = 50%) in the current school year but wish to improve their final grade and their understanding of course material.

Upgrading courses will contain similar content to the course completed at a student’s home school. The upgrading version of a credit is condensed (students have fewer and or shorter assessments) and is completed in a 55-hour (9 day) format. Daily attendance is mandatory.

Students registering for upgrading credits cannot select a preferred upgrading session as they are assigned in alignment with full credit programs and numbers.

All course offerings are dependent on sufficient enrollment. Transportation is not provided.

Registration for Summer 2024 Summer School Upgrading Credits is open.

Upper Grand DSB students please register using myBlueprint. Learners not currently attending a secondary school in UGDSB, please use this Summer School Upgrading Credit Registration Form.
