Heat Advisory

Hot and humid conditions are expected.  Hot and humid air can bring deteriorating air quality and can result in the Air Quality Health Index approaching the high-risk category. The risks are greater for young children, pregnant women, older adults, people with chronic illnesses and people working or exercising outdoors. Semester 2 Final Evaluations

All students will complete an assessment each day (minimum of one hour) on the Final Evaluation Days. The assessments may include a written exam, an activity, an interview/conference or presentation. Transportation will operate as per usual. The cafeteria servery will be closed.

Students are expected to attend all final evaluations during the week of June 20 – June 25 unless there are medical reasons (a medical note is required) or extenuating circumstances as determined by the Vice-Principal. Please do not schedule trips, vacations, or appointments during final evaluations.

Thursday June 20– Day 1 – Period 1 (starts @ 9:30 am)

Friday June 21 – Day 2 – Period 2 (starts @ 9:30 am)

Monday June 24 – Day 3 – Period 3 (starts @ 9:30 am)

Tuesday June 25 – Day 4 – Period 4  (starts @ 9:30 am)

Please ensure that you have returned all instructional materials (textbooks, chromebooks etc.) to your classroom teacher, the library, or office by Tuesday, June 25. Please remove your lock and belongings from your locker for the summer. You will be assigned a new locker in September.
