Dear 2026 CCVI Graduates,
Commencement is quickly approaching and we are eager to celebrate our graduates.
On Thursday, June 25th please arrive 15 minutes prior to the graduate’s timeslot to prepare. Graduates and their guests should enter through the doors by the back parking lot. You will then proceed to the small gym to pick up a gown and stole and to review an information card to confirm important details.
Staff will then guide graduates and their families to the athletic hallway for organization. Guests will be directed to take their seats in our cafetorium while graduates prepare to walk across the stage.
A friendly reminder that each graduate is allowed up to four seated guests; any additional guests are welcome to stand at the back.
If your graduate receives an award with a presenter, they will be given a letter during the ceremony. All our awards will be given with their graduation package, which will be available for pickup during the week of July 13th. Please check the school website for main office pickup times.
After the ceremony, graduates and their guests will be escorted to the large gym for photo opportunities and light refreshments. Graduates should remember to return their gown and stole before leaving.
