Parent/Teacher Interviews

2:30 pm - 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
How to sign up:
The Portal ( https://webapp.ugdsb.on.ca/pti/Account/Login ) to sign up for interviews will open on Wednesday Oct. 16th at 4:00 pm and close at Wednesday October 22nd at 12pm . Please sign up for each of your students' teachers.
Slots are 5 minutes per teacher with a limit of 1 per teacher.
Those who cannot make it, please reach out to teachers for an update on your students' progress.
If you would like an interpreter please contact Albert Boutin our Vice Principal at albert.boutin@ugdsb.on.ca and indicate the first language and the time blocks needed
In order to run the 2 sessions the school will have a shortened day. The schedule is as follows
School Schedule
Period 1 9:15 – 10:10
Period 2 10:15 – 11:10
Lunch 11:10 – 12:05 – note lunch is 55 minutes
Period 3 12:05 – 1:00
Period 4 1:05 – 2:00
Note Busses will run on their normal schedule
