Family Portal FAQ
~What is the Family Portal? A website where families may access information about their children.
~Where do I access it? Log in here: https://family.ugdsb.on.ca/
~What can I see? Bus Info, IEP, Resetting Password for elementary students. We will add historical student marks, attendance and more.
~Is it secure? Yes. It uses secure sign-in and protects your data.
~What is my account? Your email address which you gave to school.
~What devices work? Phone, tablet, or computer with a web browser.
~Don’t know my password: Use “Forgot your password” on the sign-in page.
~It says my email isn’t found. Check with the school to confirm your email on file.
~Is there language support? The portal works with built-in browser translation.
~Who do I contact for help? Retry it in the Incognito browser first, then contact your school office. For technical issues office staff can help by connecting with the board’s Help Desk.
