Thursday February 19, 2026 - Westside Secondary School remains OPEN for student learning today.
Due to weather and road conditions, transportation services have been cancelled in Dufferin County.
Every day counts towards their success and when students are able to attend on days when buses are cancelled, they stay on track with coursework and benefit from small group work and extra support.
If travel is safe for your family, please consider arranging a ride, carpooling, or walking when possible.
Thank you for helping support your child’s learning and success. Stay safe, and have a great day.

Guidance counselors are asking students to think about their next steps. Please help your student make good choices by talking to your students about their pathway. What do they want to do when they leave school? Which are the best courses to help them get there? Students will be choosing courses next week with a guidance counselor.

Dear Parents & Guardians,
Please be advised that report cards are currently not uploading to the Parent or Family Portal.
The School Board is aware of the technical difficulties and is actively working with the software vendor to resolve the issue.
We will send an update as soon as report cards become available with instructions on how to access them.
Thank you for your understanding, patience and ongoing support.
