Elementary Registration is Sept. 1–4, 2026

Are you new to the Upper Grand District School Board? Elementary Registration for the 2026-27 school year takes place September 1-4, 2026, at all UGDSB elementary schools.

Keep these quick tips in mind:
- Only new students to the UGDSB need to register. If your child attended last year or registered during the winter 2026 JK/SK window, you do not need to re-register.
- Find which school your child is eligible to attend by using the online UGDSB School Locator.

Please see the instructions below on how you/your student can view their timetable online.
 
Timetables: Students can view their timetables online through Edsembli connect. 
Website: ConnectEdStudent Portal - https://connect.edsembli.com/on/ugdsb/wss/portal/viewer/login/login.aspx?logintype=S
Username: First 3 letters of the student’s usual name and the student’s full surname. (eg. John Smith will be johsmith). 
Password: The student’s 9 digit OEN. This number can be found on a report card to the right of their name.

Report Cards are available online July 3 2026 at 4:00pm to students and parents/guardians. UGDSB now has 2 ways to locate the Report Cards:
