Final Exam Schedule – January 22 to January 27
Final exams are scheduled for the week of Thursday, January 22 through Wednesday, January 27.
Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled exams. Please note that these days do not follow a regular school-day timetable.
Important Supervision Information
Morning supervision is provided only in designated exam spaces.
Students who are waiting for their bus at the end of the day must report to the quiet study area (Library).
Students who have a spare or eLearning period scheduled for an exam do not need to attend school on that day.
Exam Schedule (All exams begin at 9:00 a.m.)
Thursday, January 22 – Period 1 Exams
Friday, January 23 – Period 2 Exams
Monday, January 26 – Period 3 Exams
Tuesday, January 27 – Period 4 Exams
Absences
If your child is absent on the day of an exam due to an emergency or extenuating circumstance, please contact the school as soon as possible by calling 519‑925‑3834 ext. 230 and leaving a message. An administrator will follow up to discuss next steps.
