Parent-Teacher Interviews are taking place on Thursday, October 22! Interview booking have been open since October 14 at 4:00pm. You can reserve your time slots directly through the UGDSB Family Portal at family.ugdsb.on.ca.
The Family Portal is your central hub, offering direct access to:
Parent-Teacher Interviews: Schedule and manage your appointment times for October 22.
Student Profile: Access student details, enrolled courses, and teacher's contact information.
Google Classroom Assignments: Track assigned classwork, upcoming project deadlines, and course activities.
Report Cards: View or download report cards.
Attendance: View attendance records.
IEPs (Individual Education Plans): Access and review your child’s IEP (will be available as of October 20th).
Bus Routes & Times: View students' bus schedules, route numbers, and pick-up/drop-off times.
School Events: Stay up to date with school activities, and upcoming events.

How to Book Your Parent - Teacher Interviews
Go to family.ugdsb.on.ca.
Log in with your parent/guardian email address provided to the school.
Select the Parent-Teacher Interviews, click on Book/Update section to choose your preferred meeting times with the teachers.
