Hi Royals, do you love doing art in your spare time? Do you have a bunch of paintings, drawings, digital art, sculptures, etc. stored away at home? GSA has a new event: Artist of the Week. Check out our display board in the Lions Hall for the link to submit pictures of your artwork. We will feature a new piece of art every week!
Attention Construction SHSM students, you have an opportunity to earn your chainsaw certification. Sign up through the SHSM Google classroom. Only 15 spots are available.
Are you struggling with a course? Or maybe more than one course? At Centre Dufferin, we offer Peer Tutoring. With peer tutoring, we help you find a student tutor who can help you with your course work. To sign up, go to the Google Classroom for your grade and look for the sign-up link. Or, sign-up with the QR code posted outside of Guidance.
A reminder that on Monday during period 2, there will be a workshop on everything you need to know to apply to university. If you are in grade 12, your class may already be joining or you can ask your teacher to attend. The session will start at 10:30.

Grade 12s...We have Nipissing University visiting us Tuesday during period 1 and Lakehead on Thursday in period 4. Sign up on the google form in Grade 12 classroom.

Our annual Terry Fox Run happens tomorrow. Today is your last day to get your pledges in and raise some money. The top overall class will get a pizza party. Today we will be selling hot dogs at lunch for $1.00. Don't have cash? You can get a terry fox 10.00 card on school cash online usable for all Terry Fox snacks and activities.
Currently we are sitting at 1470 raised. Let's see where we can get to tomorrow.

Hey CDDHS! Hot dogs will be sold in the front foyer at lunch tomorrow to raise money for Terry Fox! Come grab a hot dog and help support a great cause!

Grade 12s - There will be an Applying to University workshop on Monday during period 2 and an Applying to College workshop on Thursday during period 3. This is a must-see if you plan to apply. See the post in Grade 12 Classroom from this morning for details. You will also find lots of information about life after high school in the "Classwork" tab on Grade 12 Classroom.
