Hot and humid conditions are expected.  Hot and humid air can bring deteriorating air quality and can result in the Air Quality Health Index approaching the high-risk category. The risks are greater for young children, pregnant women, older adults, people with chronic illnesses and people working or exercising outdoors. The Upper Grand District School Board would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the Muslim community following the horrific violence in London, Ontario, which killed four family members and sent another family member to hospital with serious injuries. Officials are reporting that this is an apparent hate crime and that the victims were targeted because of their Muslim faith.
