SEMESTER 2 FINAL EVALUATIONS- JUNE 21-JUNE 26TH, 2023

Below is the schedule for the Evaluations. Please try to book appointments for students outside of the Evaluation times.

All students will complete some sort of assessment each day (minimum of one hour). The assessments may include a written exam, an activity, an interview/conference or presentation.

Evaluation Dates:

• Tuesday June 20^th – Grade 12’s only will write Day 4 Exams starting at 9:00 am (Flip Day) See Schedule below:

• Wednesday, June 21 – Day 1 – Period 1 Evaluation (starts @ 9:00am)

• Thursday, June 22 – Day 2 – Period 2 Evaluation (starts @ 9:00am)

• Friday, June 23 – Day 3 – Period 3 Evaluation (starts @ 9:00am)

• Monday, June 26– Day 4 – Period 4 Evaluation (starts @ 9:00am)

Tuesday June 20th-Flip Day Schedule  All Classes

Period 4- 8:55-10:15 am

Period 3- 10:22-11:37 am

Period 2- 12:38-1:53 pm

Period 1- 2:00-3:15 pm

NOTE:

Tuesday, June 27– Day 5 – (Evaluations are VP Approved Only for student illness makeups)

Wednesday, June 28 to Friday, June 30 – PA Days

School Bus Schedule:

School buses will run at the normal pickup and drop off times and do not arrive earlier during the final evaluation week.

Locker Clean-out:

A reminder to students to clean out lockers and remove locks by Monday June 26th .  Any lockers that are not cleaned out on Monday June 26th, will have the locks cut off and contents cleared.
