GRADE 9 PARENT NIGHT- THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 21ST, 2023

Grade 9 Parent/Guardian night will take place on Thursday, September 21st. Grade 9 students, along with their parents and guardians, are invited to come to GCVI from 5:45pm to 8pm to explore GCVI and to meet our Grade 9 teachers. If you need access to accessible parking for that evening, please contact the main office so that we can make a plan to help support. Here is the schedule for the evening:

5:45 – 6:00pm: Parents pick up student timetables in the AUD

6:00 – 6:25pm: Parents meet in the Auditorium for a presentation by Admin, Guidance, Student Services, IB and Student Senate Co-Presidents

6:30 – 7:45pm: Rotations through the student schedules

7:45 – 8:00pm Optional Q & A in the Auditorium with Admin.

Parents visit grade nine classes by following their student’s timetable. Timetables will be available as parents enter the auditorium:

• 6:30 – 6:45 pm Period 1 class
• 6:50 – 7:05 pm Period 2 class
• 7:10 – 7:25pm Period 3 class
• 7:30 – 7:45pm Period 4 class
