Girls Rugby

A HUGE Shout out to the girls Rugby team who had a tough mudder of a game against St.James yesterday. With Trys by Sam Aljoe and Jenna Babulic, you played HARD and your coaches are so proud.

Sustainability Council

Earth Week Starts MONDAY – yes MONDAY! Can you earn enough points for a chance to win? Plan to travel to school sustainably, bring a litterless lunch, make and take a wildflower seed ball, try the reuse & recycling challenge, and wear Blue or Green to show your support! Music

Good luck to the GCVI String Ensemble and Orchestra who are performing tonight at the Kiwanis Music Festival. Orchestra members are asked to come to the music at the beginning of lunch for a quick meeting to go over all the details for tonight.

LLC

A big thanks to everyone who entered the Name the Alpacas contest. The winning names are Marigold, Harriet and Orwell. The following students can come down to the LLC anytime to pick up their prize: Danielle M, Ny K and Zain I. Thanks!.  

MSA

Come on out to the front of the Aud today at lunch to support the MSA Bake Sale! We will be selling delicious treats such as chocolate chip cookies, cake pops, and baklava. We will also be doing Henna tattoos. Prices start at $2.00. Cash only. Come early so you don’t miss out!

Art Council

Attention all youth artists aged 12-24! Guelph Youth Council is excited to announce our upcoming art showcase featuring talented young artists from our community. Join us to support the arts and creativity in Guelph on Friday, May 3rd at the West End Rec Centre’s gymnasium. To submit your art, scan the QR code on the posters around the school and drop-off schedules will be emailed to you after submission. Don’t forget to check out our art club every other Friday in room 16 for more opportunities to get involved in the arts. See you there!
