Attendance Line – Reporting your student’s absence
Parents/Guardians and Students.
Welcome to a new school year! For all new and returning students these are your reminders about reporting an absence.
If you know your student will be absent or needs to sign out during the day please make sure you contact the school.
When calling the school 519-821-0360 please make sure you press 100 for the attendance.
We will be checking the voicemail constantly throughout the day and rest assured we will get your messages and we will enter into the system.
We are trying to minimize the disruptions into classes. Please let us know earlier in the day if you need to sign out your student. If this is a last-minute appointment, please feel free to call and talk to someone in the office.
If you prefer to email, please email: [email protected]
We also encourage notes for signing out. These can be given to the office earlier in the day so students can pick up a pink slip to show their teacher in order to leave class
Thankyou for all your cooperation in this regard!
Freedom of Information and Yearly Media Consent
