Dr. James Orbinski, a renowned Canadian physician, humanitarian, author, and global health scholar best known for his leadership with Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) which he served as its international president from 1998 to 2001 and accepted the Nobel Peace Prize on the organization's behalf in 1999, is visiting GCVI and joining two law classes and one social science class for a question and answer interview panel, led by two of our Grade 12 students.
