Guests Performers
Prathyusha Dwibhashi is a Kuchipudi dancer, performer, and teacher based in Guelph, Ontario. As a founder of Laasyam Kuchipudi Dance Academy, she is dedicated to bringing wider representation for Kuchipudi in Canada through teaching, performance, and cultural outreach. With a passion for movement and storytelling, she has been performing since childhood and began teaching at the age of sixteen. Prathyusha’s teaching spans diverse communities, from children to adult learners, through schools, cultural centers, and festivals across Ontario.
Nawrooz is a musician originally from the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. He studied music at the Conservatoire and has extensive experience in both Eastern and Western musical traditions. Now based in Canada, he performs with various ensembles and participates in cultural and community events across Ontario.
The Guelph Jing Mo Kung Fu Club led by Robin Young will perform a traditional Chinese lion dance.
