Graduation Ceremony Sign-Up Information

Commencement (graduation) will take place at Guelph Collegiate on Wednesday, June 24, with five one-hour ceremonies scheduled between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m in the Aud.

Grade 12 students must sign up for a ceremony time using a form posted in the Grade 12 Google Classroom 2026 Graduation Sign-up. Students can choose to be placed in the same ceremony as friends by creating a group of 2–10 students and submitting one shared list.

Important details:

• The sign-up form is due Friday, May 22

• Students can only be on one group list

• Groups must select at least three possible time slots that work

• If there are times that absolutely do not work, students should indicate this on the form
