Parent-Teacher Interviews – Thursday, October 22
Parent-Teacher Interviews will take place on Thursday, October 22. Each interview will be 10 minutes per teacher, and families may book one appointment with each of their child's teachers.
Online booking opens Friday, October 9, at 4:00 p.m.
Once booking opens, families can schedule interviews online through the UGDSB Family Portal.
How to Book or Cancel an Interview
Log in to the UGDSB Family Portal and click the Book/Update button.
For secondary students, all course teachers are selected by default.
If a teacher is missing, expand the “+ Show More Teacher” options to view and select them.
Available time slots will be displayed. Already-booked slots will appear greyed out.
Click your preferred available time slot to book it. The selected slot will highlight in orange.
To cancel an appointment, simply click the orange-highlighted time slot.
Once your appointments are booked, the card will display your scheduled interviews, which you can also add to your calendar.
If you are unable to attend Parent-Teacher Interviews on October 22, please contact your child's teacher directly to request an update on their progress.
