The GCVI MSA is hosting an Iftar for UGDSB secondary students. Students many UGDSB schools will get together to break fast and have time to network and get to one another.   The students are excited to welcome two community members to their event. The event includes a musical performance by Ilyas Mao, a Somali-Canadian artist who is known for his inspirational and uplifting songs.  Ilyas is multi-talented as a singer, composer, producer, actor, and entrepreneur.  Emina Bektic, a GCVI grad and , will also give an inspirational speech about the purpose of Ramadan.
