At the June 17, 2025, Finance & Facilities Committee Meeting, Trustees will receive Boundary Review Report-7-Update which provides an update on the recent open house and survey and an overview of what we have heard through the entire public consultation process to date.

Further, the report also provides a summary of all 11 boundary options, information related to current transportation practices, the communication plan and next steps.

Staff will be analyzing all data and feedback over the next few months with a Recommendation Report expected to be presented in September.
