500 people attend annual James McQueen Bunny Breakfast

FERGUS, Ontario – The smell of syrup and pancakes filled the air of James McQueen Public School on April 8 as the school hosted their annual Bunny Breakfast.

The Bunny Breakfast is a school council run, teaching staff supported, pancake breakfast that is open to school and community members. This year’s breakfast ran between 9:00–11:00 a.m.

Along with a fantastic breakfast, face painting and games were available for those who attended. Over 500 people visited the school this year for the morning’s events.

All money raised by the school council at the event will go toward supporting programs and purchasing equipment for students at the school.
