65-year tradition continues as UGDSB employees curl in EduBon bonspiel

GUELPH, Ontario – Upper Grand District School Board employees are gearing up for the annual EduBon bonspiel.

The event brings together employees of the UGDSB for a day of fun and competition at the Guelph Curling Club.

Current and retired Upper Grand employees organize and take part in the event, including teachers, educational assistants, and office and clerical workers.

This year’s event will be held on Saturday January 14, 2017. One of the first EduBon trophies was awarded in 1952 to promote fellowship and friendship among teachers through the sport of curling.
