GCVI students host Colour Run to raise funds for homebuilding project in Cambodia

GUELPH, Ontario – Students at Guelph Collegiate Vocational Institute are inviting members of the community to join them in a Colour Run this October.

On Saturday Oct. 22, GCVI’s Student Senate, in partnership with the GCVI Cambodia Service Project, is hosting a 3K Colour Run.

In July 2017, students will travel to Cambodia to build 15 homes for community members there. Tickets for the run are being sold for $20, with all proceeds going to the project.

The run will begin at 10 a.m. at GCVI (155 Paisley Street, Guelph). Participants will run from the school to Exhibition Park and loop back again.

Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome.
