Ottawa Crescent PS kicks off Arts Week with musical performance

GUELPH, ON – On April 26, 2024, My Son the Hurricane visited Ottawa Crescent Public School to help them kick off their Arts Week, called “Brushes and Beyond.”

My Son the Hurricane is a 14-piece brass funk band that comes from the Niagara Falls and Toronto area.

As part of Arts Week, students will be engaged in various arts activities, including drumming clinics and a family open house. Brushes and Beyond, is a celebration of the arts curriculum and of the many creative talents in the Ottawa Crescent PS community.
